Passion and knowledge are prerequisites for women in leadership. Additionally, if we are married and have children, we often have the second consuming job of maintaining the home and caring for ourselves and others.

Gender equality is at the forefront of societal discourse. While significant strides have been made, disparities persist, particularly in educational leadership. This blog post aims to shed light on the current gender disparities in educational leadership, focusing on pay gaps and the limited formal opportunities that disproportionately favor men.
